When I first heard that Portland had a public skatepark, I figured it was some piece of shit rotting wood halfpipe.

I was amazed to find the real deal. Burnside Banks puts anything from my hometown of San Francisco to shame. California is too worried about insurance issues, I guess. These skaters don't have to sign anything, pay anything, or wear anything. They just "drop in" per se.
